    Agreed... he is platinum.

He had better get bariatric or something, though....

    Time is running short.

S60 isn't getting cancelled anytime soon.

NBC just placed an order for the full season. So, it's good for the year. Like I said on another thread, they might move it around a little and see if it picks up an audience in a better timeslot. But for now, that's all that's gonna happen to it.

And really, I don't get the problem people have with the show. I mean, everyone will freely admit that it's not a bad show. They'll admit that it's rather entertaining and there are a few laughs in each episode. But then they follow that by trashing it.

I'm not sure what you were expecting. It's a TV show about a TV show. It's not going to be as groundbreaking and meaningful as WW. The writing style isn't gonna be as fresh as it was on Sports Night. But it is a well-written, sometimes funny hour show. And that's not too damn bad.

John Goodman was a bumpkin Bartlet tonight. Him talking about what Jeter's brother, reminded me of Bartlet's rant to God in Two Cathedrals (i.e. the Tender Ship).

    He was almost too smart.

Still very enjoyable, and I loved the fact Weber is starting to be a good guy.

I can't even believe I care this much about something this small, but having some Western roots and all, I'm kinda jumping in on a botched detail here ... Pahrump ain't nearly that tiny. It's actually becoming a bedroom community for Las Vegas. That bumpkin stuff is absolutely true for about 50 other towns in rural Nevada, but not Pahrump.

(I'll head back to my day job at the Pahrump Chamber of Commerce now ...)

Maybe that oversight intentionally works into the line Goodman had about "you people thinking we all come out of a Hee-Haw show."

  10. You're recycling now, Aaron.
OK, so which one was this?
Celestial Navigation or 24 Hours In America?
