    Me too.

Admittedly, I've never been on a roof of a building in LA. But I have to think you can pick up a cell signal just about anywhere there.

The S60 scene was contrived, but not impossible.
I was talking to a friend last night and he cuts off.
Calls me back a minute later bitching how he could see two cell phone towers and he still lost signal. [blue]And I know I always have great service.[/blue]

I was bored for the first half-hour, but thought it picked up later.

Would have made more sense if they had forgotten their cell phones, frankly. "No service" is so 1998.

Love the show, but that episode was the worst so far...

Especially when, you know, they work INSIDE the building.

That was a whole lot of nothing stretched over 60 minutes. Jack is the only good role on the whole show. I also think that the Simon/new writer thing has some interesting potential.

    Ibid.

And I love the promo for next week's show ... "what all of America will be talking about." Uh, yeah, right.

I'm amazed at how I was juiced for this show and heard 30 Rock sucked, but it turns out to be the other way around. Not sure why I keep sticking with Studio 60. Probably because I've already invested this much time into it (and I have no life, especially when I get home late at night).
