It appears you have nothing to fear from that.

I thought the exact same things. How did they go from an overflow crowd in the writer's room to four people? What is this, a show about journalism?

And that backwards hat...uhh, they did NOTHING to alter Perry's other facial features. So he still looked as weathered and drawn in 1999 as he does now. Maybe that was intentional, as if to say none of this really happened and Matt is imagining the whole thing. I tend to think not, though.

This might have been alluded to, but Studio 60 is getting pulled one week earlier than initially announced. Sorry, don't see myself watching The Black Donnellys.

Monday's show got the lowest ratings yet. Not looking good for Studio 60.

Shame. People are missing a great, nuanced performance by Matthew Perry.

Remarkable to think he's the Friends guy. And he has grown in this role just about each week.

I thought you didn't like the show?

Perry has been incredible. At the least, he's separated himself from the rest of the Friends castoffs. Which is a lot like being the tallest midget.

I don't know. David Schwimmer's done some stunning work.

I like the idea of the show much better than its execution.

There's a lot to like there, and Perry's performance is right up there at the top.

  9. That's funny, Henry, because I hated the idea of the show and am lukewarm toward the execution.

Maybe I have missed it ... but other than shooting the promo with the Heroes guy and maybe a fleeting glimpse of some actress early on, have they ever really shown any guest host doing any kind of collaborating on sketches and whatnot, which I thought was part of the SNL process?

BUMP! (Since it could be the show's swan song tonite...)
At least it looks somewhat promising:

What do you MEAN, it could be the show's swan song tonight? Is that wishful thinking? Because I really don't know where some of you get your "tips."
