Yeah, you're right. All those spunky-but-dedicated Sorkin secretaries/assistants tend to blend together after a while.

yep. they handled the shearson deal. god. help. me.

also, i guess that lays rest to the whole "simon is gay" theory, huh?

    Seemed a reasonable guess, though.

Hughley is terribly underutilized on that show.

i wouldn't say anything about Simon possibly being gay is settled. hell, he claimed to be with the wrong woman. in fact, this might fuel more thoughts.

I haven't been a regular Studio 60 viewer (usually work on Monday nights), but I've really enjoyed every episode I've seen. Last night's was B+ material, which is still a helluva lot better than most shot shows.

I'd like to at least see it get a shot at year two.

What irritates me is that they haven't even tried to see if it would work on another night.

That tells me they aren't too interested in keeping it. Or they think if it won't work with Heroes as the lead-in, it won't work anywhere else.

Perhaps one that doesn't end in a "y."

This show went from a behind-the-scenes look at a comedy show to a show about two love stories. Not sure how people found that contrived guillotine thing funny - just seemed lame to me (especially since they teased the baby's head "exploding" after last week's episode).

I never watched the West Wing, but this show has been a major disappointment, to put it midly.

What NBC should do, if they're so damned insistent on keeping Heroes and Studio 60 on Mondays, is flip the shows so Heroes is on opposite CSI:Miami (an absolute waste of an hour of anybody's time) and see how S60 goes up against 24.
