Running Studio 60 thread (spoilers)

Agreed. I loved this episode.

 

I loved the episode too but then, I've enjoyed the whole series. I didn't go into with overly high expectations but what's not too love about smart, funny people talking?

If they have a standard 22 episode season, there should be seven episodes left. Paraphrasing the AP story I saw about Peet having her baby said that the show had been pulled temporarily after 15 episodes (I know for sure that was the number) and should be back.

I seem to remember the show getting the shaft from NBC at the start as Monday was its second timeslot if I remember right.

 

Seems like I had some other thought there and never quite got to it. Hectic night.

No idea how long Amanda was in labor. I was in Jamaica when it happened.

 

A Vlogger at eoline says the following about S60:

1, If the Black Donnellys does anything like the number S60 was doing in its monday slot, then S60 gets the axe because it's so damned expensive to make.

2, S60 would have been cancelled weeks ago, but Sorkin had a clause in his contract that made it as expensive for NBC to cancel as it would be to keep in on the air.

So, we'll all be asking for that Studio 60 Complete Boxed Set next Christmas.
