Last I checked, Halep was the betting favorite by a hair -- +190 to Jabeur at +195. If it's Halep-Jabeur in the final (and I think it will be), I'll give some pretty heavy consideration to a cashout because you're right, Halep is playing really good tennis right now.

And Djokovic sends him back to hell, coming from 2 sets down.

Meanwhile, this Norrie chap, who is now down 2 sets to 1, needs to pick it up or he's never going to win the Tim Henman Prize for local favorite who gets his doors blown off in the semifinal on an annual basis.

Caught Djokovic in the middle of the 4th, he was playing nearly perfect. Sinner had to come up with amazing shots just to win a point (what a powerful cross-court BH too). Djokovic had smooth service games then once he got the return of serve back in play, he was putting pressure on Sinner's serve. If he plays like this the next two matches, don't see Nadal or anyone beating him.

As I’ve noted elsewhere, it’s amazing how Djoker, Rafa and (a few years back) Roger always seem to find a switch they can flip when they’re in trouble to get them into a gear no one else can match.

Also, I owe an apology to David Goffin, who is not, in fact, getting his doors blown off by Norris.

I'm working so I'm only following via SofaScore ... off to a good start in the second at least.

Ha. I'll take credit for motivating her after that first set, lol.

Fritz is up a break on Rafa in the third set, tied 1-1. But I'm actually disappointed in Fritz -- he gave away the second set. Rafa appears to be hurting and was serving softballs late in the set. Instead of pouncing on them and attacking, Fritz played tentatively and let Rafa get away with a couple of holds, then lost his serve at 5-6 to lose the set.

Even if Fritz wins this set, I know how these things tend to go (see Djokovic-Sinner yesterday). I won't get excited until Taylor has a match point. And even then...
