Gave the most depressing presser of his career, yesterday according to multiple accounts.

Has NO idea if, muchless when, he'll be back. Said he can't do anything other than walk around.

Sounds like a retirement speech to me.

 

He ain't coming back from two back surgeries. At least not anywhere close to what he used to be, even the past two or three years.

D-O-N-E done.

 

As anyone who followed Larry Bird's career knows, when the back goes for good, the athlete is done. Pain's just too much. Woods may become the youngest guy to hit the ceremonial first drive at Augusta.

 

What does he do now, if this is the end? How do you go from being Tiger Woods to facing the next 40-50 years of your life?
