As others have said before, definitely get a hard drive. I have a 20GB and i think I'm down to 6.5 GB left. Of course, I don't download a ton of games, but I'm still considering getting a 120 GB drive (or whatever the number is).

And I believe all the newer models that come with HDs will have the Jasper chipset, which cuts down on almost all of the hardware problems.

Hmm, interesting. I'll have to check into that. Thanks, PR.

I haven't read the link, but I didn't know you could use an external hard drive.

I knew you could you use a USB Flash drive to import media (photos, songs, etc) onto the 360.

I'll have to read up on that later.

You load your files from a computer onto the drive then can stream off there to the XBox.
You can't move media and files to the drive from the XBox.
However, if you have all that media already on your comp., this is an option to get it running through your XBox

This fell all the way to page four, showing what a slow time it is for new game releases. Some decent sports games here and there, but September seems like a much bigger month.

I finally played through GH: Metallica for the Wii. While I liked the Metallica songs, the other songs weren't that great except for a few standouts - Queen, Thin Lizzy (I have super refined taste). I also kind of suck at GH and Rock Band games still, so it was a bitch for me to beat some of the songs, even on Normal difficulty.

Giving this a bump to see if anyone is as outraged that "Six Days in Fallujah" was bounced.
This looked like a great game that handled a touchy situation with objectivity and depth.
I just hope someone picks up the IP and runs with it, cause I will buy this game.

SI is running a deal where, for $49, you'll get 28 issues of SI, an NFL Films documentary on John Madden and a copy of Madden 10 on any gaming platform you want. Don't be fooled by the numbers in the web address above - the offer is for Madden 10, not 09.

Even if you don't want SI or the DVD, you're still getting Madden for $10 less than you would elsewhere.

I was very tempted to jump on that, but I wasn't sure how it would work for existing subscribers.

Also, I'm impatient. I don't want to wait for them to ship it to me. ;D

I'm doing well with Tiger. I think I'm third or fourth in the FedEx standings but for the life can't get my power boost/driving to much past 8.5.

Do you use the power boost when your drive, Mad? I've gotten up to around 10, I believe, using that.

Yeah, I boost the shit out of my drive. I'm usually around 110-115% with the boost. I mean, I get drives that range from 280-330 yards.
