OK, who'll be the first to post a Madden reaction?

My copy arrives tomorrow via Amazon (I hope).

I'm too wrapped up in NCAA 10/09 to worry about Madden right now. The only way I'll get it is if we do the SJ online franchise.

I got Madden tonight and really enjoyed the one game I've played. The gameplay is great. And stormy, I know I've posted this before, but count me in on the dynasty and I'd like the Bears, please.

I'm a bit skeptical about Madden now after reading Pastapadre's review of online franchises. Jake, how does the normal speed (for online franchise play if you messed around with it) relate to the speed in NCAA that we play at?

Target has a bunch of Nintendo DS games on sale this week. I picked up "Grand Theft Auto: Chinatown Wars" for $20 [regularly $35].

Anyone know how to add the wildcat to a playbook that doesn't have it on Madden?

I've been playing Battlefield 1943 a lot this past week. I actually didn't know what it was until I saw AZ playing it. It was my first marketplace game and I'm enjoying it. Wish I had my HD tv back for it tho.

To any of the soccer nuts: I heard something that when EA releases its FIFA World Cup 2010 game, it'll have full zone qualifying and a boatload of countries to choose from. I do like playing with EPL teams and such, but I love the idea of taking say, Oman, and trying to somehow get them to the final 32. Anybody hear anything about this?

Conversely, anyone know how to remove the wildcat from a playbook that does have it on Madden?

(Honestly, I'm shocked there's a team that doesn't have it. After all, they stuck it on the Steelers playbook.)

The Bears do not have the wildcat. Considering they actually did run it a very little bit, I was surprised.
