Running video games (and consoles) thread

yeah. But I got NCAA 10 and I play it way too much. Not sure if there is room for another football game.

If the SJ madden franchise gets up and running, what do you think about a fantasy draft?

 

I definitely want to do a fantasy draft. We should take roll call soon.

From the little I've read at Pasta Padre, the scores & stats have been very realistic.

 

And what's the word on the gameplay speed for online play. I know the BIG thing was slower gameplay for it be more realistic, but when played online there's only one option for gameplay speed and it's quite fast. Too fast.

 

I have not heard if that has been patched or not. It's probably close to NCAA 10 speed.

 

I believe you know this by this point, but I call dibs on the Bears for the Madden league, storm.

 

And if I do end up getting it, dibs on the Bills.

 

I got Madden through that SI offer. Came in like a week an a half. I'd be down to join, as well. Broncos.

One thing we should consider, as I've been doing it offline: 15 minute quarters (hear me out) with a 25-second runoff on the speed up the clock thing. Very realistic games, and they don't take long at all. (The 25 second runoff doesn't happen within the last two minutes.)

Also, Modern Warfare 2 looks insanely awesome.

Shit. I saw a deal floating around for it too. I think it was $45 shipped. Down for the fantasy draft, just gotta make sure everyone has a couple hours clear to do it at once.

 

I think we can do it online (web) over the course of however long it takes.

 

That's what mine was, including a year of SI.

 

FIFA 98 had full World Cup qualifying. I once won the World Cup on medium level with Tonga. I'm not sure any FIFA game has had that since which is a bitter disappointment.
