I'm replaying FF8; no real reason for doing so. It's one of my faves in the series, and I just need something to tide me over until I get my next GameFly game in. However, it is a game that would be much more enjoyable if they just tweaked the draw system. Anytime I encounter an enemy with a new type of magic, it means 5 to 10 minutes of just sitting there while I leech out magic. It really ruins the flow of the game.

The best part is once you've met a few other players you can create a private game without the griefers.

For my friends of the Wastelands, enjoy the E3 trailer for Fallout: New Vegas.
    Looks totally amazing!

Definitely PR. Can't wait to get the game, although I still have a bunch to do in Fallout 3 still.

    Other news from E3:

    ESPN is coming to 360.

New Xbox 360s are in stores this week: built-in wifi, 250 GB HD, and supposedly a whisper quiet fan. And the same price as the current ones: $299.

May I ask a question of the experts? I don't want to go back through 90 + pages.

If you had to by a system today, What would it be. Price is not an issue.

    Thanks

    I'd stick with the 360.

A big reason would be Xbox Live. You pay $50/year for it, but it's worth every penny.

See, I'm totally different from you. I say go PS3. I have all 3 systems and I have a love for each, but what can I get by paying for XBox Live that I can't get from PSN? Also, the PS3 has Blu-Ray, which is awesome. Truly, it's a matter of what you want. You want a family-friendly system your kids will have fin with? Get a Wii. You want an all-around entertainment console that isn't just games? Go PS3. You want a system that you can play with guys on here and play some shooters and such? Get an XBox.
And you don't have to pay for Live to play online, you just get extras with payment.
What are you wanting your console to do?

This seems like a pretty fair assessment to me.

Cool day for us Nintendo nerds. New Donkey Kong and Kid Icarus games announced today and a big look at the new Metroid and Zelda titles.
