I'm not sure if you need an account, but GameFly is having another of its big blowout sales. They're all used copies, but it's fairly deep discounts off a lot of games, plus another 10 percent or $5 off some titles if you do have an account. The games are usually in pretty good quality, and the manuals and boxes are always perfect, since they don't send those out.

I picked up Portal 2 for $9. Killzone 3, Dragon Age 2, Red Dead Redemption, Bioshock 2, they're all under $17.

OK, has anyone bought Battlefield 3 yet? Got it last night and really love it. The 1.6 gig install on xbox to enhance the graphics is well worth it, too.

Also, found a refurbished pair of $95 Turtle Beach headsets for 360 on BestBuy.com. Bought 'em for $60. Hopefully it will help my marriage, keeping the fiance sane, not having to listen to gun shots and people on the Internet scream "N00B!!!"

If they're only screaming NOOB at you, you play with some of the nicest people.

Cool. Though all other gaming stuff is irrelevant for me until 11-11-11 when I can get my hands on Skyrim.

Just trying to keep it family friendly. My buddies and I are on a 92-game winning streak in Black Ops. Needless to say, some people get really ticked when my friend goes on a 10 kill streak with the tomahawk.

I'm looking forward to this, but hoping it's a lot better than the turd R* laid with GTA IV.
IMHO, the games have been pretty hit or miss lately, Red Dead was an amazing game, GTA IV sucked, and LA Noir was a little disappointing, was ok but I expected more.

I agree with LA Noire. The facial stuff was awesome, and there was potential for some really good story line and game play, just didn't deliver.

Ugh. Count me as one of those. I'm not a great player, but something like a 10 kill with a freakin' tomahawk....or some one blowing me away from (seemingly) across the room w/ one round from a shotgun...just drives me batsh*t. I guess I just got no game....

I wouldn't say GTA IV sucked. It wasn't nearly on the level of San Andreas, but it was enjoyable. IV was the first next-gen GTA though, so I assume there will be a ton of improvements for this one, much like there was a huge leap between Vice City (which is still an awesomely fun game) and San Andreas.

I liked Vice City better than San Andreas, just like I prefer COD over Battlefield. Personal prefs.

I want in on this. I prefer the Spas with ninja, quick reload, and ghost. I just want people to hear where I am and pick 'em off. Or snipe.
