OK, question for anyone playing Madden 13 under Coaching Career (a.k.a. Franchise). I downloaded the updated rosters over the weekend. However, when I go into the Coaching Career to start, it still starts me off with the non-updated rosters. I can't figure out what I'm doing wrong. Any advice?

    I've missed this thread.

Recently discovered a GREAT F2P play on Steam called "Blacklight." As my friend put it, "it's like sci-fi call of duty with out all of the BS."
And, of course, had to buy Counter-Strike: GO when it came out. Don't waste your money on the XBox version. This has always been a game made for PC. It's beautiful, even if they got rid of the MP5.

It's not ready according to EA. They think this Friday.

Just another thing EA has dropped the ball with. If they don't have an update with the ability to edit your roster or offline co-op franchise mode, well, there's going to be a lot of unhappy Madden fans.

How much did you edit rosters before? I've taken teams in the past and made them the most bad-ass imaginable.

Moving OLBs to DEs, tackles to guards, CBs to FS to just name a few. You can sorta still move players around, but it's not on the same level. I used to always draft and stockpile left tackles and then move them around, edit, and have an awesome o-line. Can't do it now.

Anyone who is playing Madden and feels like they know WTF they're doing with scouting. Just went through my first draft. Got a good G in the 3rd round, my first-round WR was ok. Got a few tolerable late-round picks. But, really, I just don't feel like I know WTF I'm doing when I'm scouting. Throwing shit at the walls and seeing if it sticks, mostly....

EA has fixed just about all the complaints on this thread.

Just played through Journey the other night - interesting little game. It is only about two to three hours long, but it encourages multiple plays with trophies and hidden scenes and what not. It's interesting in the way that a good movie is interesting (meaning it makes you think and emote more than it makes you hang on the edge of your seat), and the graphics are so god damn lush.

Did EA eliminate the ability to import players from NCAA to Madden?

Yup, still quite a bit of stuff that needs fixed or added. Maybe in the next patch. Yawn. Hate to pay $64.99 for a game and still have to wait for EA to add and fix elements that were always in previous years.
