I'm hoping by the time that they get their act together, Skryim will be in the budget game racks. It's already around $25 to $30 in stores, I think - I'd have bought it, but I have a big backlog of games.

If you're into NBA Jam, the On Fire edition is currently free to play if you have a PSN Plus subscription. While the online game has some faults - I think I dubbed it NBA Shove in this thread once - it's still a lot of fun to play the multiplayer locally, or just play the single player. If you don't have the Plus, it's $10 as a digital download, I think.

You can at least pick up a pre-owned Skyrim at this point for a decent price, somewhere in the $35-40 range when I was at GameStop the other day.

Probably not since you're relying on people online to have a smooth franchise. Granted, this is just my bitter opinion, but if you have a solid group of people playing online our SJ NCAA dynasty, it could be awesome. But for EA to get rid of the offline capabilities of having co-op franchise mode and focus on online is ridiculous. But I get it, money.
So to answer your question, I don't know. The offline one is 50/50 for me. Navigating is not as smooth as '12, no awards, can't fire/hire coaches, scouting is not as good as '12.

But hey, it's selling like hotcakes so take my opinion FWIW.

Is the NCAA dynasty still going on for 360? I just got a live subscription not too long ago.

I would be down to get it going again.

Picked up "Lord Of The Rings: War In The North" for $8 off the MicroSoft store. It got middling reviews, but so far has been plenty of fun for me and the 11-year-old.

It kind of fizzled out about two game editions ago, I think. It was a pretty good time. The only reason it really stopped was because some people didn't get the game the next year.

I think it's been a couple years since I got the game. I could be talked into getting the next version, which should come out in July, and get the dynasty going again.

    Was wondering about that one.

I did purchase the Lego: Lord of the Rings game however. I've always liked the LEGO video game franchise. The Star Wars games were a blast. This one has been pretty cool as well so far.

I would also be interested in doing a Madden one.

I'd willing to play if anything got going for the PS3, but I realize most people on here have the 360. (womp womp.)
