Running video games (and consoles) thread

2K was the far superior basketball series for college games ... Last NCAA game was NCAA Basketball '10, which was decent but nowhere near the level of 2K.

It says something that the NBA season is well past and I still love to drop NBA 2K13 in from time to time for a game. It was really cool that people named and edited the full draft classes for download, and strangely enough, Noel dropped to me at No. 12. He's pretty good in the pros.

 

Not yet. Actually was going to do that pretty quickly today.

Rumple, did you list your XBL name? I'm pretty sure Matt did. (I'll go back a few pages and look for them). The others I should still have from last time.


Take a couple days to get the preseason stuff done and we should be playing by mid weekend maybe.

I had 2K13, till I traded it in for NCAA 14 last week.

I could never quite get the shooting down like I had on XBox, though. I don't know what was throwing me off, but something was different from XBox to PS3.

Still loved the game and can't wait for 2K14 to hit shelves in October or whenever it comes out.

Mystery, Rumple: have you made a firm team commitment yet?

I may not need it. I can't remember if I have to send out invites with teams attached or just invite and you guys pick the team.

 

I'll stick with 2K13 ... having the proper New Orleans Pelicans logo isn't enough to entice me to buy the new game. Ha.

 

Has anybody claimed Penn State yet? If not, I'll fight through the Big 10.

I think I was leaving out the spaces between the words. I'll try it again, but won't be able to get online again until Friday late morning/early afternoon.
