8 AM at Target. You must send me a report once you pop that thing in.

Kart, absolutely. Get Mario Galaxy too.

If you want more simple games - heck, even if you don't - get Wii Play. It comes bundled with another Wiimote and has a bunch of minigames like cow racing, a duck hunt-style shooter and table tennis. It's almost an automatic buy anyhow because of the Wiimote, as the price is about $10 more than the Wiimote itself.

I would have used a photo of the new one if I could have found one.

If anyone's interested, my Kart code is 4382-2392-8990.

Do you have to have the Friend code in order to add the Kart code?

Could Nintendo have made their online portion of the Wii any more complicated??

I don't have Gomer's Wii code, but I see him on my Kart list.

It's funny, because when Brawl came out, everyone (or, at least, me) thought you had to have both Wii and Brawl codes registered to play a friend online. But I've played people without exchanging the Wii codes, and Kart doesn't even mention needing to exchange Wii codes.

Looks like they've wisened up a bit, though it's still stupid to have a different code for every game.

If you're on the fence about GTA, this 10-minute review might change your mind ...

Got my receipt. I'm one of about 15 at this gamespot, which is near the intersection of arlington county, alexandria city & fairfax county, va. Someone's grilling hot dogs while hip-hop of varying quality blasts. There is only one woman - she's with 3 other guys. Only one person looks remotely athletic - and it ain't me. I expected more of a crowd.

Do they expect GTA IV to sellout on the first day?

In the Best Buy circular this week (which was in the Sunday paper, BTW), if you buy the 360 system and the GTA game, you get a $50 gift card.

    I'm quite jealous Hustle.

I pick mine up before spending the day in the office. Stupid busy time keeping me from being sick. :)
