I had more or less retired from video games...and now I have Mario Kart. It's incredibly awesome.

Not at home now but I'll post my number.

My Mario Kart code is 1805-2698-3855

I took the liberty of registering all the others everyone has mentioned.

I haven't really had time to play much of either. I've played maybe three hours total of Kart, and I haven't played Smash in two weeks probably.

I thought SJ would be amused: Later on in GTA4, you meet up with an unknown contact on the southern tip of Algonquin (the middle island). Your meeting takes place on the second level of an outdoor mall in front of a restaurant called "Upper Deck Seafood."

Knowing GTA, which tries to squeeze an entendre into every square inch of the game, I'm certain it's a nod to our favorite retaliatory activity.

  5. All you karters...my code is 5484-1801-8037. I've added all of you. I usually only play on weekends.

I rolled my first 300 game last night on Wii :D

I was especially excited considering an hour earlier I had rolled 11 straight strikes only to finish with a 7-10 split.

    Thanks for letting me brag.

Like the "Com Ming Oriental Massage" sign I ran across in Chinatown?

Nice work. Best I've ever done is 240-something.

Hey, now that we've got eight Karters, how about setting up a mini-tournament? Anybody interested just PM me (if you haven't already).

I'm in. How does a tournament work? I've only ever played against random people online.

Oh, and I've not entered all 8 friend codes (well, seven I guess, since I don't enter my own). Could somebody less lazy than myself combine the 8 kart codes into one post, because I'm not sure who I've got and who I don't.

  11. We put a Wii on our wedding registry.

If someone actually gets us one, I'm all about the Kart once we return from the honeymoon.

Thanked the Republican government today (for what is likely the first time) as I spent my stimulus check on a PS3 and GTA4. That game is quite possibly the most beautiful game I have ever played, and I don't even have the HD hooked to the TV yet. I'm going to get an HDMI either tonight or Sunday and get it attached proper.
