It's not that the best never lose. It's that they bring out the very best in you when you do beat them. From the sounds of this, that's exactly what Federer is doing. And if he pulls it out, I think he can safely be declared the best ever.

Strawberries taste better at night anyhow.

    I'm so pulling for Nadal.

Nadal needs to pull out ALL of the bag o' tricks now. Stalling, toweling, drinking from both Evian splits simultaneously. No one can tell me the dude doesn't have enough grass-court chops to win at the A-E Club. He's only trading volleys with maybe the best ever.

So it's getting dark AND might be about to rain? Oh boy.

Thank GOD 99 percent of us don't have ING ShotSpot following us around in our daily lives. If I were an ATPer, I would vote for unlimited challenges, though. :)

Could you imagine McEnroe's fits after faced with a replay that didn't go the way he thought it would?

Did Feds just absolutely whiff that?

Yep. Now I've seen it all. Federer just whiffed on a forehand.

  8. That stat was amazing. They have won the same amount of points in this match. That's almost impossible to believe.

I played on a grass court once (during my 60 pounds lighter than now days), and I can't tell you how many fucked-up bounces I got -- and that grass wasn't all chewed up like Centre Court is after a fortnight.

Roger was lucky to win that game. Whiffed a forehand, botched an easy winner and couldn't buy a first serve...

The other amazing stat: We've made it to the fifth with Nadal having lost his serve a grand total of one time. And he won that set.

Did they just say they can go until 9:15 or 9:30 p.m.?
