Yep, threatening reporters is just fine and dandy with you then I guess.

Knew the nut would show up sometime...

  2. The evil part of me wants Hillary to win just to piss off all the conservatives. But then again, I know people like Rush, Coulter, Hannity, etc., will make millions off of her presidency. It wouldn't surprise me if they all voted for her.

And yet the reporter changed the story, didn't he? The "reporter" was the one doing the threatening first.

  4. Threatening him with facts. Yes, that's always cause for concern.

Rush really isn't a fan of facts.

Then ask yourself this: Why would the "reporter" have changed the story? Why would he not have, instead, reported the "threats"? Your answers will tell you that the reporter either didn't have the facts on his side or isn't a reporter at all. Any real reporter from a real news organization would have gone straight to his editors and the authorities about such "threats" if they were really threats. The only reason not to is because your original intent was to do a hit piece and Rush had the facts on his side.

  8. You're right.

It's much more likely that Rush is making up all this crap up in an attempt to prove how "tough" he is, when the truth is he's a flacid, pill-popping fat ass.

  9. Yes, because no reporter -- and his news organization -- has ever capitulated to intimidation or threats before ever, ever, ever. And no news organization ever has left a reporter strung out to dry by cutting deals behind the scenes with the subject of famous profiles.
    Nappy time must be over.
And ask the voices in your head why the drug-addled sex tourist isn't naming the reporter or the outlet.

Problem with your scenario is that you have to accept what Rush says as the truth to begin with.

Since he is full of crap, I am sure he is embellishing.

How would he know if the reporter changed the story? Are reporters in the habit of giving advance copies of stories to subjects they plan to unfairly smear?

And yet the story was written. As Rush said. With the "reporter" changing it when he was called on his bluff to do a hit piece.

Finally got us, T. All you need to do to cement your victory is post a copy of the story on Rush and highlight the bits that were softened.

    Congrats.
