Tebow, how I miss the Politics board.

How bout this? An example of a liberal politician having to go on a liberal talk show and apologize for demeaning the liberal talk show host.

That's why Rush is held to a different standard. That's why what he says matters more than what some liberal talk-show host says. Because Rush's pronouncements, whether your side likes it or not, form an integral part of the Republican Party public image.

In the absence of a clear leader, he's the one that's filled the void. Him, and Glenn Beck, and Sean Hannity. And there's not a single liberal talk-show host without whose listeners a Democrat can't win a nomination. That's not true of the Republicans and those three.

Shutting down the politics board was the best decision Lucas ever made.

How ironic that he was vacationing in the same state as the Obamas. That blows my mind.

Hey, if any of us had the financial means to spend Christmas in Hawaii -- we'd ALL do it! I did it eight years ago. Freakin' magic!

What do you wanna bet when he came back he would have lambasted Obama for vacationing in such an opulent place -- or for being on vacation when the airline incidents occurred?

Employing an African American does not prove that the man is not a racist.

I understand this. But how would you prove that you aren't racist? What evidence would you cite?

My point was more that his employee would be unlikely to work for 20 years for someone he considered to be a racist.

And since that person knows him better than any of us, he would be in a better position to know if Rush is a racist.

Given his record, Scalia's clearly one of the ultimate power tools ever to serve
    on the SC.

    Get over it?

    Never.

Or that person is paid well enough not to give a damn.

Is that the "House Negro" argument?
