I'm a big believer that a certain person's single death can save many other lives.

It is definitely OK in that sort of case.

As I recall, that "schtick" once included calling the child of the president a dog on national TV.

I don't listen to him. I am forced to deal with people that do listen to him. That does not include this board.

If he does die, you just might see a reaction that supports my opinion.

That just might be the biggest line of B.S. you've ever tried to peddle here, YF .. and that would be quite an accomplishment ... :D Be honest, for once. Come on. You can do it ... :D

This a$$-backwards conservative would never wish bodily harm on anyone -- including Reid, Pelosi or Michael Moore. That's just over the line. If Favre snaps a shoulder, however, I could make an exception... :)

I wonder what will come of this for Rush. I believe, over the last 6-8 months, he has lost something close to 100 pounds. Looked very trim a few weeks ago. Wonder if he simply lost too much and it weakened his body.

The same Stephen Colbert that tells his guests, before they come on the show, "You know how this works right? I play an idiot." That Stephen Colbert?

He reportedly told the medics he's on meds for back pain.

    Old habits die hard.

Do Democratic Party leaders have to apologize to Stephen Colbert when they say something that displeases him?

    He doesn't have a shtick.

He's not smart enough for that and for you to compare him to Colbert is further proof that English is probably not your first language.

He's a racist, a homophobe and a sexist who appeals to Idiot America's basest instincts.

But then again at least he's an improvement on Beck.

I don't think Roberts grew up rich, but Scalia is a first generation Italian-American. He grew up at a time when Italians faced discrimination. His father was a professor at Brooklyn College and he went to Xavier for High School. (My freshman year religion teacher also taught him. He was old.)

Obama went to a fancier prep school.

And what prism they see things through is irrelevant -- unless they bring it into the courtroom.

Justice is supposed to be "blind" remember? Sotomayor talked about applying her "wise Latina" judgement to court cases. That's when it becomes an issue.
