So printing the names of victims of sexual assault is fair game?

Was looking at it from the aspect of either she was or wasn't. not maybe.
However, if they are charged with sexual assault along with the murder charge, how can she not be named when she was named before? You can't try the assault charge seperately in a closed court.

 

When the murder goes along with the rape, naming the victim is pretty standard.
