    Other than housekeeping issues, I don't see an amendment altering the constitution anytime soon. Although given the state legislatures it would most likely be something favored by Republicans. The GOP controls 31 legislatures, another 8 are split.

    Mostly because it's a lie to protect a favored political party and its clueless agenda to blame the tools used rather than the person using the tools.
