I hear ya outofplace. Every Spidey and X-men flick has been like that for me as well as Transformers and Iron Man. I'm not as big as a DC guy as I am Marvel but if there's a DC comic I know as well as a Marvel one, it's Batman...

Speaking of douches, I predicted to my friends before the show that at least one guy would show up in a Superman T-Shirt. I was right. :D

I didn't fall asleep until after 4 a.m. I was so jacked up about this movie. Just phenomenal.

I'm wearing a T-shirt with Batgirl on it. Does that make me a douche?

Perhaps just a bit ahead of your time. Jim Gordon's daughter was an infant in Batman Begins.

That's not what makes you a douche, dear. :D

Small screen tonight, IMAX in the very, very near future.

I'm rereading my copy of The Killing Joke before [/nerd alert]

Maybe I'll wear my Optimus for 08 T-shirt. naaah

Same here. I grew up reading mostly Marvel comics, but my real start with comic book characters was the old Batman TV show with Adam West.

I'm really ticked off at myself right now. I was poking around online and stumbled upon a spoiler I wish I had not read.

Edit: I really need to read the Killing Joke. I did read No Man's Land, which contains another appropriately sadistic version of the Joker. That's the Joker I expect to see tomorrow night.

SC's wardrobe choice got me thinking ... my wife is in a wheelchair. Even has red hair and glasses. Would it be in bad taste to have her wear a Batgirl shirt?

Depends. Would she in turn ask you to wear fishnets?

If she was in a wheelchair, she wouldn't be Batgirl, she would be Oracle.
    Oh God, I'm a nerd.
I also realized that I have seen the midnight showing of Iron Man, Hulk and Dark Knight.

And check out the teaser at the end of the credits for Dark Knight. Lawrence Fishburne pops out, wearing a bright green, glowing ring and asks Bale what he knows about the Justice League.
Bale says, "everything" and the screen goes black.
