That's interesting. I am one who uses entertainment as an approximate barometer for the times.

    I googled and found another.

Can we talk some more about this one scene in Disney’s Frozen please?

Also the scene where he proposes to her on the boat, she leads him on before saying no, and he makes her jump off the boat under threat of throwing her off.

And all this time I just thought it was humorphobic.

How did they miss racist? That seems like a hanging curveball. Might be the whitest show in the history of broadcast TV.

But they don't make racial jokes. There are a ton of jokes about sexual orientation, like running gags about Chandler's dad, who is trans-gender. I think that they are handled well - in fact, the joke is really on Chandler, about how silly his insecurities are. But I can see millennials getting their knickers in a bunch, and think that whenever I watch the show, which is very, very frequently.

Hey Joey and Ross dated that African-American woman from 24!

It was definitely the whitest show on TV, but it was way ahead of the curve with non-traditional storylines. Ross' wife turned lesbian in the pilot and married her girlfriend in the second season, for crying out loud.

More than anything, though, it was the most fat-shaming show in history. I'll fight on that hill any day of the week. How often was Monica's obese years played for cheap laughs?

I'm surprised Portlandia doesn't get blasted for mocking political correctness.

Don't take this the wrong way, but I picture you as a Ross.

Chandler, 100 percent. I joke to mask my crushing insecurities.
