You hiking Friday? That's an early start. Eager to see how many of the Thursday party crew makes that hike.

Can't say how it worked in Toronto. In D.C., we set a leaving time for the game from the hotel lobby and all who wanted to venture together showed up and off we went. Everybody was on their own during the day because it is too difficult to plan much for that big of a group. We're at a different hotel but will wander Ramada way before heading to the games. We're up for meeting people at Pike Street or whatever for lunch.

My favorite shoe store - www.fluevog.com - has a shop in Seattle so a stop there is required. If you are a shoe whore like I am, go at your own risk. You won't leave without something.

Hiking Friday a.m., figuring that Friday and Saturday will be the knock-down, drag-out drinking nights for the crew. And I'm going hiking even if I have to go alone. One of the big reasons I wanted to do Seattle was so I could hike in the PNW again.

Yeah, Toronto was basically the same. All meet in the lobby however many hours before the game, and off we went. We're all together enough we can figure out who wants to do what the next day, and we can exchange hotel room numbers for easier calling.

Well, for people who aren't in the hotel or just would like to have a few names and numbers to draw upon, go ahead and PM me and I'll make a list. Ditto for anyone who wants my number and address/directions for Saturday. A few people have already contributed.

I was thinking about 6. That way we can take advantage of sunshine (trivia fact for those from elsewhere -- it won't start to get dark until about 10 p.m. that night) and it'll be early enough for dinner. People going to the game can show up at their leisure.

Also, a note for those who are going to the game and planning to cab it to the party: For whatever reason, cabs are insanely difficult to get at Safeco after games. You might plan on leaving early and carrying the number of a cab company.

How much, estimated, will a cab from safeco to your house run us?

Would it be too much of a hassle for a group to drive to the game so there would be no need for a cab. I'm guessing it wouldn't be too much of a hassle to get out of Safeco if you left at least an inning early. I don't really wanna drive to the game, but if it would make things easier for some people I'll do it. Is your house really far from Safeco, Arnold?

Hopefully the EMP has improved .... I went a few years ago and didn't think it was worth the money.

If you're looking for more to join the tattoo group, I'd be game. Of course, it'd be my first so you all might get to hear me scream/cry. :-D

Oh, and if anyone has any specific Starbucks requests, you might want to send them my way. Seeing as I still work there 10 hours/week, I get 30 percent off everything (minus gift cards) and a free pound of coffee each week (M-Sun).

Given the fact that it has rained for the vast majority of the first week of June (including pouring out my window at the moment), the hiking will be interesting. I pray spring (ha) starts by then.

ducky, if you're in, come along! I think I am feeling SuperGenius Tattoos (http://seattle-tattoos.com/). I like Thomas Graham (the bottom artist) because he does flowers well and I'm leaning toward that as my new one.

It's on Pike, and Arnold has told me it's a "short cab jaunt" from the Market. So it's looking like Saturday.

Pallister, would you be up for going to the Experience Music Project on Friday? Or is that not possible? I'd like to do it, but I also want to go to the historic places on Saturday with those who are doing that.

Moddy, what museum were you guys thinking of going to?

Also, I know way earlier in the thread the idea of doing a ferry ride on Puget Sound was thrown out. Anybody still interested in doing that? Not sure when exactly.
