It's probably more confidense than I have in your ability to provide facts other thank spewing talking points. Do I think guns kill people? Nope. Do I think guns with high-capacity magazines kill more people? Yup. Care to argue that point?

 

Seriously, who would think this is a good idea? Don't like a called strike three? Blammo.

I agree that people kill people, and there is only so much we can do about that. I want sensible legislation that will keep people from killing dozens of people at a time.

 

What about the inner-city? Those lives count?

Yes, that's what's hilarious - if the gun violence was limited to the inner cities and neighborhoods where the dark colored folks live, there wouldn't be any grandstanding about guns from the left. But since it has spilled out to the suburbs and the soccer moms are a desired swing demographic, well, now we need gun control!!!

 

Of course. How we fix it is above my pay grade. I have no illusion that criminals won't continue to procure weapons, but we need to spend more time/money on things in THIS country to make things better.
