Anyone want to be that Mateen said "God" as opposed to "Allah"?

Anyone who attempts to equate the threat of Muslim extremists with that of the extremists of any other religion is either purposefully ignorant, genuinely stupid or just woke from a pre 21st-century coma.

You do realize that we could take things straight out of the Bible and cites all sorts of horrendous things that Christians are required to do that are ignored by 99 percent of Christians, right?

According to you bromate, it's not just the extremists, but all Muslims we need to worry about.

I guess a Muslims "extremist" is just a Muslim with enough time on his hands to build a pipe bomb, wear a suicide vest or spray the gay club with bullets on a Saturday night.

Really, can you find the post where I said that? Or are you just being purposefully ignorant for political consistency? I'll give you the benefit of the doubt and take genuinely stupid off the table -- at least until we find out your true motivations.

OK, genuinely stupid is back in the mix. That's the point, free postage. There are enough Muslims who not only buy into the extremes of the religion but act on them daily across the globe that this equivalency argument shines a big fucking spotlight on the person making it as a moron. Your take couldn't be less informed by reality.

Hey, that's the first time you've given me the benefit of the stupid doubt. Thanks, Sunshine!

You are saying Muslim extremists are -- without question -- worse than other religious extremists. YF has gone on and on as saying all Muslims are required to bash infidels with rocks or slather them in hummus and feed them to the vegans or whatever.

I am lumping your Muslim worldviews together.

I think we can all agree that Muslim extremists are bad. The problem -- as I see it, and I may genuinely be stupid -- is painting all Muslims as bad.

And? They were supposed to translate all but one word of his Arabic into English?

    Please do.

I'd be especially interested in where Jesus required his followers to do horrendous things, or by his example, inspired his followers to do so.
