You're right. It is pretty significance.

Attendance at Cowboys Stadium was almost 41,000.

As far as being away from the court, if that reporter was sitting behind the basket, she probably wouldn't be any closer in another stadium. She was behind the first second of stands that would have been at any site.

I was surprised by that attendance figure. Hell, they had 60,000-plus in New Orleans for the Final Four.

I was catching bits and pieces.

When I looked up near halftime and the Gators were ahead, it was over.

Only thing to be decided was if Florida would cover -- and it didn't.

Comer's line vs. Florida: 1-for-5, 4 points, 7 assists, 9 turnovers. As a team, FGCU had 20 turnovers.

    I rest my case.

FGCU could not do a damn thing in the half court.

Fgcu didn't have t he one player like Davidson did with curry that could go for 40 if needed. Oh and Burke last night....that was how you take over the game.

The Significant is not lost on me.

Why would Buzz Williams leave Marquette for Texas? He has a hell of a job now and is doing a hell of a job there.

    Austin is warmer than Milwaukee.

I'm just glad all young players (and young people, for that matter) are not nearly as shallow, superficial and unmotivated as you think they are - and apparently think they should be.

OK, now I could see the arguments for Brad Stevens and Shaka Smart staying where they are, at least with current offers on the plate.

But Williams is a native Texan who spent most of his career in Texas, Oklahoma and Louisiana. And Texas is the richest, most powerful and most seen athletics department in the country. If Texas wants Williams (and it should), it would pay him twice what he's making at Marquette. Moreover, Marquette is about to enter into a potentially unstable world with this whole Catholic league. That could hurt revenue and cost Williams in future raises.

Some of you apparently have no career ambition anymore.

Texas basketball is really a one-of-a-kind job. The coach will get paid a ton of money and have tremendous resources with relatively little pressure to win big. Texas really hasn't done much since T.J. Ford was there, despite having a bunch of NBA talent. It took an absolutely abysmal season this year before there was any talk of Barnes being in trouble, and even then it was along the lines of "well, he better do better next year."
