Andy Toole is 32 and his 3-year record coaching RM is 68-35, including 50-21 the last 2 years.

He was already moving up the chain, but this one should bring in a few nicer offers.

Loved how the Jimmy Dykes and the PBP guy were dumping on RMU for calling timeout down in the corner with 5 seconds on the shot clock then failed to acknowledge that was exactly what they wanted to set up that lay-up play on the inbounds.

A'dia Mathies, a member of Kentucky's women's hoops team, tweeted the following right after the Robert Morris game:

Umm, we still got a #2 seed in the NCAA tourney just in case yaw forgot.. Or if you all care...... #UKHOOPZ #BBN #A1Out

Tony Mitchell and North Texas were pretty underwhelming this year.

anybody else get really angry when winning a play-in game is counted as winning an ncaa tournament game? oh, wow, north carolina a&t ended a nine-game ncaa tourney losing streak? maybe because they played a 20-loss team for the right to be a 16 seed. not an actual accomplishment.

That is an odd statistical quirk, but it actually angers you? Beyond normal anger even?

What else could you call it? It's a game in the NCAA Tournament. Both teams won bids into the field as champions of their respective leagues. I know what you're getting at, but I don't think you can call it anything else.

yes, perhaps i need rage counseling, but it's complete bullshit. winning an ncaa tournament game doesn't consist of beating a team with the same seed as you in a game that most brackets don't even make people pick.

Uh, it's not a play-in game. It's the first round of the tournament.

So now we're determining what constitutes a tournament game based on what degenerate gamblers and Marge from Accounting include in their pools?
