I swear, the senses of humor of some of our board members..... Gee tossed a throwaway line about a little known cable tv. I think it was a given that most of us with opposable thumbs could figure a way to find it on our cable box.

Another poster on another thread made a joke about all the blond WAGs of the pro golfers... and someone else had to list 10 golfers who do NOT have blond WAGs.. thanks for the clarification.

Since I don't get TruTV on my cable system, count me among the pre-homo habilis set.

 

I didn't think think this deserves its own thread until anything happens, but when Syracuse limps out of the tournament this year, I bet Jimmy B goes with them.

It isn't on the cable system here, which has resulted in two calls to me about it already as if I can do something. The local radio station dropped K-State when they wanted $800 for the right to carry the Fiesta Bowl (and that station's been a loyal KU affiliate for decades; they only had K-State for a year and a half), so you gotta have a dish to see them or a radio that can pick up WHB to hear them.

 

I thought the NCAA just moved in as soon as they signed Derrick Coleman.

On a side note, NCAA.com has done a nice job syncing its streaming commercials with ads. The right side of the screen flashes an ad (many times with deals) while the commercial plays in the middle. Newspapers should pay attention.

 

Does Rachel Nichols have a black eye? Her left looks really swollen.
