Seth Greenberg is part of ESPN's Bracketology studio crew.

I assume he's on to lend his expertise on missing the tournament due to shitty non-conference scheduling.

The NCAA didn't do next year's Final Four site any favors either. There's going to be a lot of empty seats in Arlington if KU shits the bed this weekend.

As expected, no Texas teams in the tournament.

First time that's happened since 1977. I had to figure out how that happened because of the SWC, then I remembered Arkansas won it that year.

Only one that had a chance this year was Stephen F. Austin but they were upset in the Southland Conference tournament.

No automatic qualifier should be in a play in game. Win your conference, play in the real tourney not the pre-tourney

I thought the seeding for the Pac-12 seeding and Ole Miss was very weird. I think Marquette's a spot high at a 3.

Miami has a really good case for a No. 1 but I understand how they got to the top 4. I don't have any issues with the final four in, although if Southern Miss got in I wouldn't have had a problem there.

When was the last time the defending national champion played in the NIT?

The play-in games should be for the eight lowest-ranked (by whatever standard you use) teams. Not that complicated. If you don't want AQs in play-in games, keep the field at 64 and cut down some at large bids.

Does anyone think Boise State or Middle Tennessee or LaSalle is better than Kentucky? Oh, yeah, the same people who wanted Northern Illinois in the Orange Bowl.
