How will Indiana fuck this up?

    Because it will.

South Bend/Notre Dame declares itself a papal state and goes by Vatican time?

The town I live in used to have two time zones and things have been too stable for too long here. They need to fuck this up and bring chaos. I can feel it.

Here is another great example of Congress acting quickly. One Week. One Page. Tens of thousands killed and counting, but at least they all have the Congress Seal of Approval (with no sunset date. Call something terrorism and you can do whatever you wish.

Which it would be because California, Oregon and Washington have already passed legislation to go to year-round DST if/when the feds give approval.

I seriously hate the fall time change.
It's not even 6 p.m. and pitch dark.

My daughter lives in Bordeaux, France, which is on the far western end of France's time zone. I was there at Christmastime a few years ago, and it's just like permanent daylight savings. Sun didn't go down until nearly six, but it didn't really rise until almost 9 a.m. If it bothered people there, I couldn't tell.

I don't care about mornings, for the most part. Sunrise is my favorite part of the day, but it's dark when I get up in January and July.
    Evenings are another story.
The next six weeks until the winter solstice will be miserable.

I was in Saint Petersburg in Christmas 2010. Gotta love 10 a.m. sunrises and 3:56 p.m. sunsets.

The worst day of the year. It's not even close.

The House needs to pass the Sunshine Act. Now.

Move it ahead. Leave it ahead. And stop the damn switching. It sucks.
