I'm going to regret asking my wife for help on the Steve Martin answer. She said "Father of the Bride" off the top of her head, and I went with it.

Maybe the ladies of SportsJournalists.com will bail me out ...

And having lived the majority of my life near its shores (in various locations), it's gotta be Lake Michigan.

    1. Erie
    2. Passover (this better be the No. 1 answer, we have an annual thread about it)
    3. David Letterman
    4. JR Smith
    5. Final Four (the curse of Lute Olson and first and second round exits are gone, the Cats are Final Four bound)
    6. Hot n Cold
    7. Grapes
    8. Robert (Bob/Rob)
    9. Planes, Trains & Automobiles
    10. Rob Ryan (thought about going old school with Buddy, but thought more would go with Rob for the way he's turned around the Saints defense)

    Michigan
    Yom Kippur
    Fallon
    Torrey Smith
    Elite Eight
    I Kissed A Girl
    Eggplant
    Michael
    Planes, Trains and Automobiles
    Buddy

Didn't really think of Passover as a holiday, so didn't choose that.
My first though was Letterman, than switched to Fallon, thinking people might go with that since Leno/Fallon switch is coming up.
Had to google for a Katy Perry song. Went with the one it said was her first big hit.
