Shooting at Las Vegas casino

I think us white men have just assumed forever that America's always had a mind...when in reality, it's been pretty demented for a long, long time.

 

They finally fixed the windows this weekend.

 

They should use a couple of old windows from other rooms there so they aren't so obvious. Put the non-matching windows somewhere down low on the other side of the hotel.

 

I wonder for how long the room remains a crime scene? I couldn't imagine staying in that room, and I'm not superstitious whatsoever. But still.

 

I imagine it'll be a storage closet or laundry hamper room when it's next used.

 

It becomes Room 237 in "The Shining."

 

But it's been like that way forever. It's just easier to do now.

The majority of my useful "education" has come through my own curiosity, not in a classroom.

 

My cousin checked into the Mandalay the day after the shooting. He said you couldn't tell anything had happened, and that it was business as usual in the casino..

 

Just found out today that our accommodations in December have been moved to the Luxor. I'm not bitching.

 

Are those windows or plywood?

 

They looked like windows when I saw them.

 

I'll be interested in seeing where the NRA falls on this.
