Paddock just weeks before the massacre after the 58-year-old answered an online ad for “schematics to convert semi-automatic guns to fire automatically,”

But let's have a fucking two week pedantic message board discussion about the definition of automatic weapons. JFC/

I'll take it seven days and twice on Sundays over the feral hog hunting threadjack.

LOL. I don't know why that bothers you so much.

All I said was that actual automatic weapons are very hard to acquire, and that despite what people heard, they shouldn't assume that he had acquired them, which would have been unprecedented, and a serious break down in our gun laws.

I can't tell you how many statements by the victim's relatives I have read where they are so relieved that their loved ones were killed by semi-automatic weapons acting as automatic weapons - not actual automatic weapons. It means the world to them.

I'm super glad that there wasn't a serious break down in our gun laws. He killed 58, injured hundreds more, and shattered the lives of thousands.
But the gun laws stayed in tact. Whew!
I wish I had a thank you jesus emoji I could insert here.

Not sure how this is responsive.

People were stating with full confidence that the shooter was using a fully automatic weapon. He wasn't.

It has nothing to do with anyone's feelings.

It is fucking awesome that this guy was able to kill 68, injure hundreds more - AND THERE WAS NO SERIOUS BREAKDOWN OF OUR GUN LAWS!

That’s just a totally different conversation.

I get that you’re emotional about this event, and the issue, but I don’t see why my statement triggers you.

Triggered? I am ecstatic! No automatic weapons were used in the killing of 68 and the injuring of hundreds of others.
