Yeah, his name hasn't been released.
The only name that's been released as far as I know is the Ryan Clark guy who was the first one to be shot. Sounds like he got shot in the leg and died thereafter.

Through a source that I do not want to name, but I got it from my friend who's girlfriend goes to VT and knows the situation pretty well.

 

According to the other blog, they just broke up March 20, so that's pretty quick for her to marry another guy. Maybe they WERE gonna get married ...
