A quick Google search reveals this, from the AG's statement:

The last sentence I quoted is nice and fuzzy, as befits a statement by an elected politician about a controversial matter. He seems to be steering a middle course between "nothing happened" and "we can't prove what happened."

  3. Close as we're going to get. Thanks, winger.
This is still a case about civil liberties, by the way.

  4. Thanks, rok.
    Mmmm. Yummy protein shake!

    You're welcome.

Yeah, it was an ok shake.

Much healthier than that bag of Reece's Pieces. :)

  6. What bag of Reese's Pieces?
    What? This?
My kid left in there, I swear.

The one balled up in my garbage. If I had some left, I'd gladly pass the bag. :)

Don Imus is clearly an idiot. He stuck his foot in his mouth by saying some cruel, insensitive and downright hurtful things. He deserved to be ridiculed and punished. The Rutgers team should have been insulted.

I take issue with the statement by Matee Ajavon in which she said that " this has scarred me for life."

She is getting a college degree at a reputable institution on the college's dime. She just finished playing for the national championship on national television. She has now and will have in the future a plethora of opportunities that many don't get.

Is a creepy old man, one who is well-known as a jackass and an idiot, really going to scar her for life by being an asshole?

The Duke players made some poor choices, but they are the ones that will be scarred for life.

    Totally hyperbolic statement. I agree.

Where's the sympathy for the Tennessee team? They may be the biggest losers in l'affair Imus. I'm sure 75% of the public probably thinks Rutgers won the game, not the "wannabe's"! Plus, this will help Rutgers recruiting and they'll get more facetime on Sportscenter.

    Easy, Larry. Easy.

Stay focused on the important things. Like those Rutgers players whose lives have been forever scarred. ;)

The Media got it right. The Duke boys got their media attention last year and this year the Rutger's gals got theirs.

    What's the point?

Besides EVERYBODY KNOWS the Duke boys were up to ill repuke in that house.
