A. Those schools are the most likely to be motivated to aggressively cheat and
B. the ones that rankle the feathers of schools with more resources than them and, hence, more wherewithal to get the whistles properly blown.

It wasn't scheduled to be posted yesterday. It's in the magazine and online Sept. 17.

 

Part 5 released a day early. Maybe they just wanted to get it over with already?
