SI: Top 25 most hated teams of all-time

    I understand why that team is on this list. But I loved that team because I was so sick of the Lakers and Celtics that I was so ecstatic to see another team break through.

    I was also 14 at the time. I loved watching a good brawl.

    As a Trailblazers and Clyde Drexler fan growing up, I hated that team for other obvious reasons.

    36-0 was the Falcons. Then, with the RPMs at their height, they went into Miami.

    They still deployed the top one-year-wonder defense I've ever seen. And it's the fault of
    the horrifying Bear management that they didn't sustain.

    The New York Giants are one of the least hated teams in football.

    I lived in central New Jersey for the first 18 years of my life. By the time I moved away, I was able to count on one hand the number of Jets fans I'd met. How they sold out the stadium on a fairly regular basis between 1980 and 1995 is beyond me.
