Up until viability, and past that if the woman's life is in danger.

But the pro-life philosophy is that all abortion should be banned, with limited exceptions, because life begins at conception. I disagree with that.

    When does "viability" begin?

Around six months, with some slight chances a week or two earlier.

Has a "fetus" less than six months old ever survived outside the womb?

I'm against late-term abortion and for gun and ammunition restrictions. Is that OK?

Did anyone watch those two PP interviews? Both were disgusting. In the second one, the lady said they could get more baby parts by using the "less crunchy" method. Yikes. Both videos reminded me of Mengele. Cold and callous.

Baron doesn't consider it to be callousness. He considers it to be compassion.

A woman spoke about a legal medical procedure - a procedure which has been the basis of her entire career - in a clinical manner. She didn't even wring her hands or shed a single tear! BURN THE WITCH.

A better measure is weeks and an even better measure is weight at time of delivery.

Not that I'm an expert but I've written a bit on my local neonatal care unit and there, as I recall, they said 25 to 29 weeks as being viable.

Before that, I think the unit's record was 23 weeks but that was pretty unusual and the baby died later from developmental issues.

But back to the weight, any fetus less than a pound has no chance. A fetus more than a pound but less than a pound and a half, can survive but will generally have severe developmental issues while anything past a pound and half has a pretty good chance with two pounds at delivery near 100 percent survivability.

It's funny to think that if pro-lifers ever got their wish to totally ban it, there would be more Gosnells and actual sales of fetus parts, because they wouldn't care about following any rules or regulations.

It's funny because they're so into doing these emotional stunts which are designed to rally the emotional masses into emotional action that they'll be regretting later.
