That was a pretty good bitch slap. I just wish he would have gone with fewer "sources".
I don't know much about Drew's recruiting tactics, but I have been wondering for two days why he was the top choice. He just hasn't proved he could take over Memphis.

Wazzu needs to hire Ken Bone and quickly. Now Mark Gottfried has expressed interest in the gig. So, we've got Mike Davis, Mark Gottfried and Terry Porter. I fear this will not end well.

You know, Bone is a safe pick, but wouldn't Gillespie be a decent fit at Wazzu? I don't seem him getting something better. Of course, I also don't see anyone hiring him until he settles with UK.

Is there any update on Sean Miller to Arizona?

No way he comes to Wazzu, but if they could get him, hell yes.

Why don't more people go on the record when they throw out "bitch-slaps".
Coaches protect their own when they remain anonymous.
Nobody chooses to legitimately turn anybody else in.
    Why?
Because they all "bend the rules," as Calkins calls it.
Every coaching staff, every program, in major college basketball "provides" for their players and recruits.
It happens all the time, everywhere.

Does the SJ 2009-09 Coaching Carousel thread include 2009?

I've been waiting for credit for pointing that out on page two. Funny shit.

    Nice.

Arizona is a cherry job, though. I cannot see it being empty for very long.
