I thought of changing my FB status to say that Double J is presenting a giant middle finger and a hearty fuck you to the Valentine's Day industry. It would have been more a clever status update than anything else, because it really was just another day.....but in the end I didn't even care enough to do that.

That's outstanding. My biggest question is, how many 24-year-olds who make more than 300k has this chick met?

 

I will never forget being told, after nearly two months of on-again, off-again pursuit in college, that the girl wasn't interested because I just didn't "get" her.

Two weeks later, she found a guy. Her reasoning? "He just gets me, that's all."

No wonder I didn't "get" her. She didn't make any sense in the first place.

But as for a reason like that - absolutely not worth the time, because she obviously has no idea why she's not interested.
