Good lord, what the hell was GW doing in this shindig anyway? There's gotta be at least 10 teams in the NIT that were better than that.

  2. Wow, the Duke game really messed with my board ... but I don't remember being happier with being wrong ... :D

I know it wasn't going to happen, but imagine the shit-the-bed feeling all the North Carolina winning brackets would've had if Eastern KY had kept that momentum up.

  4. probably some 60 or 70 percent of the nation ...

After one day, my entry (Dickie V\'s Mute Button) is tied with Playoffs? Playoffs? (whose entry is this?) for the pool lead, each going 15-1 with 15 points. I missed on Duke and he/she missed on Texas Tech, but we each had those teams losing in the next round.

Any word on when the group standings will update to match our actual records? I went 13-3. By my name above the group standings I have 13 correct, but in the group standings it says the team in first has 11 correct and I have 10 correct.

Only 11-5, but more than happy to have picked VCU correctly, since they are a Sweet 16 team in my bracket.

I\'ve noticed that after each set of games, your own points are updated and it takes about 30 minutes for the rest of the standings to update.

Another member of the GW Sweet 16 Dumbass Club.
I may have to rename my annual Petey Sessoms Award for Eric Raynor after that performance. Never heard of the guy before those two spectacular picks that turned around the CAA final, and now look at him.
Syracuse, or any other bubble team who feels like they got jobbed, would've gievn Lousiville a better game than Stanford.
