No room to talk here. I own two Sod Poodles shirts. In fact, I have more minor league team gear than pro stuff because I love the logos and mascots.

For those who continue to misrepresent YF's motivations.

    Circa 2011 ...

I am shocked to discover that Twitpic dot com still works.

I still wouldn't give that jackass any of my personal information.

While I understand the center of the SJ orbit is DC anymore, I think we're missing out on some fine potential meeting spots: Pittsburgh, Denver, Miami (it would have to be in September). Cleveland, too, but that's been done before.

Looks like DC/Baltimore is the winner.

Unexpectedly had a friend come into town today, so I can’t post the weekend options tonight, but I’ll get it tomorrow.

Alright, folks. I figured July was probably a bit too soon, so I focused on August and September. Each team is home two weekends in each month. Neither home schedule is chock full of huge games. But, nonetheless, the Os are a handful of games behind NY and a couple ahead of Boston, and the Nats don't completely suck yet.

Of the eight potential weekends below, I vote -- in order -- AUG 30-1 SEP: Cubs; Aug 16-18: Red Sox, or finishing the season with a bang in DC against Philly.

Once we nail down the who and the were, I'll find us a hotel and a few bars.

    Baltimore

August 16-18: Boston: 16th: Corbin Burnes bobblehead; 17th: O’s tshirt
    August 23-25: Houston – 23d: Gunnar Henderson bobblehead; 24th O’s soccer jersey
    September 6-8: Tampa – 7: O’s football jersey; 8th O’s cap
September 20-22: Detroit: 20/21: Fan appreciation weekend; 22nd: O’s crewneck sweatshirt

    Washington

August 2-4: Milwaukee – 2nd: Pups in the park; 3rd Harry Potter; 4th Kids shoe charms
August 9-11: Angels – 9th: Teddy Swims concert postgame; 10th: cat t shirt; 11th: Nats football jersey
    August 30-September 1: Cubs – 30th HBCU night; 31st: bobblehead
    September 13-15: Miami – 13th: Fireworks; 14/15:1924 championship giveaways
September 27-29: Philadelphia – 27th – Pups in the Park; 28th Nats hockey jersey

I vote for one of the August dates in Baltimore, doesn’t matter which one.

PSA: For your situational awareness, there is a high likelihood that Nats Park will be invaded by Phillies fans for that late August series.

Happens every time the Phils come to town.

Baltimore in August? There isn't enough Dogfish Head 120 IPA to make me want to do that.
