If Boots actually shows up, I'll be very impressed. A year ago at this time I would've said no way, and if he did show up he'd be burned at the stake.

JR, I think your e-mail address contains a typo - should be mimicoguy@yahoo.ca and I think you're missing an 'i'.

In order to use my mileage plus miles, I have to fly into Toronto on Wednesday, July 12 and fly out on Tuesday, July 18. Therefore, I need a place to stay and things to do on Wednesday, Thursday, Sunday and Monday. If you live anywhere near the airport or Toronto and would let me pay to sleep on your couch any of those nights, please PM me. Also, if you have any suggestions for a 19-year-old around the area at that time, please let me know.

One more thing: if anyone wants to stick around and catch Texas after Seattle, they open a three- or four-game set of night games on Monday. I'll probably go, if anyone wants to stay in town or catch a game Monday or Tuesday night, as well.

    Thanks

Why not visit one of the local high schools?

    Sorry, I couldn't resist.

Who said that wasn't already in the plans?

    :D

Hey, at least you're not renting from Avis this year, eh?

I didn't know if you were graduating to the real, legal (age-wise) hoes. I'm sure Toronto's streets are littered with 'em.

    In Toronto, 14 is legal.

Ok, to get a free flight you have to spend a fortune on other things. Why not pay for the flight and save the miles - I bet you come out ahead on the other costs. Just a thought.
But extra days in Toronto are good, too.
Mrs. M and I will be there Friday-Monday. We feel safe if we decide to bring our daughter. She's your age, way too old for you.

Not too old for the rest of us.

Just bringing this up to the top to remind everyone to register asap. Response has been pretty strong and remember, this place is a small hotel (only 56 rooms).
