They could, but I was trying to say that there would be no opportunities for intra-group baby making.

Based on last year's hilarity, I strongly advise everyone who's interested to update their passports, get their shots, and head straight for Toronto!

I thought I'd be flying into Toronto a few days early, but since my dad is going to meet up with me Sunday night to do a week of minor and MLB in the States after the outing, I'm flying into Detroit.

Does anyone who is carpooling from Detroit still have room? I'll pay more than my share if I have to.

Please PM me ASAP so I can finalize my flight arrangements.

    Thanks.

Might even wanna try taking the train from Detroit to Toronto. Only problem: you'd have to figure out how to get from the airport, which is in Romulus, to downtown Detroit, which is where the Amtrak station is. If you go that route, bring plenty of money for a bus ride and a bullet-proof vest.

Do you need passports for Canada now? I thought that wasn't until 2007?

I'm not sure when it comes into effect, by why wouldn't you have a passport for this anyway? Is it really easier to carry your birth certificate and Social Security Card?

Besides, getting the passport means you can use in the future for going to other places as well.

Well, you can carry your birth certificate and Social Security card fairly easily in your wallet. Plus it doesn't cost $97 to acquire either one of those things.

That said, I guess I'll be getting a passport. :-\

Yeah, when they hear you're from Farmland, Ontario, you'll need it to get into Toronto. :)

Hey, if the Trailer Park Boys can get into T.O. without a passport, I think I can make it too. ;)

Then again, it has been a while since Toronto's seen my level of sophistication. I hope the city's big enough to handle me. 8)

OK ... seriously :) ... we don't have to have passports, right??? I thought it was 2007 before that took effect?

I don't mind carrying my birth certificate, SS card and driver's license ;)
