    Mr. Miler;

I think we've decided on Betty's for Saturday night. You in or are you out?

I think Mohammed will have to come to the mountain.

    Mr R,

Exactly what are you implying by calling me Mohammad? And how did you know that I went to Stephen Leacock?

    Allah Akbar, etc

    Mr. Miler,

I hope you're in for Betty's. Looks like a great place from their Web site, and if for no other reason, I hope you join us because I've never been called Mr. Robber before, and probably never will otherwise.

I Googled Betty's, looks like a happening place.
    Here's their site.

Let's hope we have good weather for the patio.

It's either a brisk walk (about 3/4 a mile) from the hotel or a short cab ride. It's a mix of newspaper people and artsy types (the Toronto Sun and the Canadian Opera Company offices are just down the street.)

Prices are reasonable and we're going to try and reserve a chunk of the patio.

Bravo, nothing better than open-air drinking, you can actually listen to people without them screaming at you.
    Well played JR

Actually, it was HC's idea. Thank her.

We were tossing some ideas around about Saturday night and this seemed like the right kinda place. Also, it's just far enough from the Skydome/Entertaintment/Tourist areas that the prices aren't overinflated.

Been there a number of times.

Thanks for filling me in on the plans, everyone.

Seriously, this sounds like a nice place. Can't wait to go down there.

(I have put in for the time off but haven't officially been granted it yet -- I have my fingers crossed, though and my boss has assured me I should be able to get at least two of those days off.)
