Well, they "fixed" those two places up for all the yuppies living in the King Street condos.

Never been to Healey's but it's just up at Queen St as well.

You all know that Jones has been privately babbling about "alcohol poisoning" and "ass munching," right? I smell an international incident.

You forgot about the "animal husbandry" we talked about -- wink, wink.

Be honest. You weren't winking when you uttered the words "animal husbandry." You had a hand down your pants and a look of ecstasy on your face not seen since the Pamela Anderson / Tommy Lee sex tape.

The renovations at the Paddock at least got rid of the gross "old man smell" that used to permeate its walls.
It's nice and the beer selection is good, but it's full of Queen St. hipsters. They used that bar to film a bunch of Mike's Hard Lemonade commercials a few years ago.

Healey's is OK if you like that sort of thing.

If you're looking for a good ol' fashion booze-can to get shittered in, I would suggest The Matador at College and Dovercourt. From what I hear, Jones knows it very well.  ;D

And sadly, a glimpse of Jones late Friday night/ Saturday morning:

His first stop Monday will be the dentist, the second, his barber. :)

Oh, I'll be singing, all right, in harmony with my pal Maple Sugar, over the rest of your limp and lifeless bodies.

All I ask is that everybody brings a small piece of paper, on which they have written the names and phone numbers for their next of kin; how they would like to be remembered; what hymns they would like to have sung at their service; and what they would like done with their mortal, gin-soaked remains.

    That'll make Saturday's clean-up a whole lot easier, and we're much obliged.

What timing!  I just got asked whether I'm an organ donor.   :-\

Given that this guy was a transplant recipient, I should've lied and said, "Of course!"

You know the words to the great Canadian song for famine relief, "Beers Are Not Enough" right?

They won't be able to use your liver once we're done with you. ;D

I'm nonalcoholic.  Which is a good thing, since somebody will have to remember enough to maintain the official SportsJournalists.com Outing thread.

    ;D
