    Fair point. Maybe it will be if your gift isn't received before Christmas and you didn't ship before the 15th, you're out a year. That allows for emergencies that come up as long as people get it there.

    I've never had a gift arrive here late, even one shipped from another country. Never sent one late and I'm a discombobulated mess. SS (or IJAG or someone) gets this organized in plenty of time. It ain't that hard!!

    And much, much thanks to SS for doing this. As Vombatus noted, it is a nice addition to the holiday season. My hoodie collection is the envy of the world. Hoodie Weekly called, looking to do a cover story. I owe it all to SJ.

    My gift arrived this morning and it's awesome! I have a couple of T-shirts from Texas high schools that I can pretty much guarantee I won't see on anyone else in my corner of Canuckistan. Thanks, SS!!

    I finally made it home after nearly two weeks away, then to the post office after a few more days, and my gift was waiting for me, as it had been for quite awhile.. Big thanks to my Santa, who shipped a pair of local t-shirts and a book I'm eager to devour.

    Not trying to brag, because I wish I could have my $30 back ... however, that happened to me last year. I was a late shipper and I just sucked it up and paid $30 EXTRA to ensure my SS giftee had their gift on time. You do what you gotta do if you commit to it.

    For those of you who have asked, it's Jan. 30 and I have two gifts unaccounted for and one person who hasn't responded to numerous PMs.

    So SS will continue into February. I'm so excited.

    So ask me again why I start it in October? And why it's still stunning EVERY YEAR that people can't do this?
